With the focus on the Earth element of water, this all levels online yoga class will allow you to truly work on connecting your breath to each and every move. Using the pranayama practice of Ujayi breath, as you move through this practice I want you to focus on finding that present moment by mimicking the sound of the ocean with each exhalation. With this exhalation letting go of all that no longer serves you, letting go of that negative energy and welcome beautiful and radiant positive energy every time you take that breath in.
